EES Austin Terms and Conditions
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:
Sales are final on all purchases. No refunds or exchanges are offered for
physical products. For EE System session purchases, credit will be applied to
the customer account to be used later anytime within one year of the original
date of purchase. Please note, EESystem wearables can be fragile. Extra
care must be taken when handling these products. If dropped onto any
surface, your wearable is likely to break. Sales on wearables are final.
Changes and Cancellations:
Changes and cancellations to reservations must be made with at least 24
hours’ notice. This applies to all sessions, including individual, membership,
and package sessions. Please be thoughtful of others who may be trying to
book at the same time as your session. Once logged in you can manage your
appointments from your account in our booking portal.
Minors and Other Dependents or Special Needs Customers:
Minors, dependents and special needs customers are the responsibility of the
adult who scheduled the reservation. An adult must accompany all minors,
dependents and special needs customers who are receiving an EE System
Session. Minors, age 5 years and under are free with a paying adult and must
be able to comfortably share a lounge chair. Any minor, dependent or those
with special needs older than 5 years old must be added to the reservation at
the time of booking. Please be mindful that others in the Energy room expect
a reasonably quite and calm environment. If a dependent is unable to remain
quite for their session, please feel free to take break on our lobby until you feel
they can return to the room. If you are unable to return quietly to the Energy
room, please talk to us about a private session. ZiaZen Energy will make all
attempts to accommodate private sessions, but dates and times may be
limited.
Food and Drink:
No food is allowed in the Energy room except for overnight sessions. Please
feel free to bring water or an empty container to enjoy our special, RO
(Reverse Osmosis) EE charged water – available in our Energy room. For
overnight sessions, light snacks are allowed but must be consumed in the
lobby or in our break room. A small refrigerator and a microwave is available
but please clean up after use. Outside food deliveries from friends, family
members and food delivery services are not allowed.
Cameras:
For the safety of our customers and our staff, security cameras are located
within the facility, including the Energy room. Cameras are actively recording
and monitored. There are no cameras in private areas such as the restroom
and the overnight sleeping area.
Cell phones and our Quite Environment:
Customers of EES Austin have an expectation that a tranquil and otherwise
quiet environment will be provided during their sessions. As such, please
ensure all cell phones are set to vibrate, or silent mode. Please note, airplane
mode does not suppress alarms and other notifications. Use of your device to
play music and or mediation guides (through headphones) is allowed and
encouraged. Placing and accepting phone calls is prohibited.
Lost or Misplaced Items:
EES Austin Energy Enhancement Center is not responsible for any lost,
misplaced or damaged personal items. This includes damages or break-ins to
customer vehicles while on premises. Do not leave valuables in your car.
No Guarantees:
EES Austin Energy Enhancement Center makes no guarantees of results or
improvements to health or recovery whatsoever. Results can vary from person
to person.
Refusal of Service:
EES Austin Energy Enhancement Center reserves the right to refuse service
to anyone. EES Austin Energy Enhancement Center owners and employees
do not discriminate based on sex, orientation, identity, race or religion.
